Coerver® Coaching Scotland are delighted to announce that general booking is now open for the new Play Like the Stars 1 v 1 coach education course taking place in March 2015.
This follows a priority booking window that was made exclusively available to previous attendees of the Coerver® Youth Diploma course.
Our new Play Like The Stars coach education course, in association with our global partner adidas® and our presenting partner FourFourTwo Performance will focus specifically on the topic of 1 v 1 and will provide attendees with our latest content in this vital area of the game.e.
The 1-day courses will be delivered indoor in a top professional facility at The Hearts FC Academy in Edinburgh.
The course will be delivered by Coerver® Coaching Scotland and Portugal Director Gordon Craig who said ‘In the modern game 1v1 is an absolutely critical tool for players no matter their position. It is something Coerver® Coaching have championed for over 30 years, we have vast resources and knowledge in this topic which we feel is vital for coaches and their players.
‘1v1 is an individual quality which can make the difference in the game, it can breakdown packed defences, but it is also a quality which fits in very much as part of a team style of play. This course will look in depth at specific types of 1v1 including how it fits in with the team, 1v1 mentality and the additional benefits of 1v1 training with the goal of showing coaches how to develop game effective 1v1 players.
The course is suitable for coaches working with all ages and abilities and provides fantastic resources to support you after the course. I am sure all coaches attending will find the course useful in developing their players’
