Our programme of high performance caters for our Phase 3 players born 2009 through 2004 and is designed to give players from age 13 to 17 + years not just a training programme but also a mentoring program focusing on each players more specific needs in terms of specific player passport development and building their football profile.

- We have High Performance 2 to 5 day training camps running during off season January, April and July .
- We also have our regular bi monthly High Performance local programme providing an ongoing extra training schedule twice per month. Its an opportunity for new and existing Coerver ® players to continue to receive bi monthly Coerver® training clinics and be mentored by our top coaches and individuals. This is made up of 22 clinics spread over a 12 month period.
- We also have our Global High Performance SL Benfica Elite Development squad programme that runs twice per year for 2 weeks in April and in October for players 13-14 years and 15 16 years.

We also cater for Goalkeepers at the high performance level for players born betwen 2009 to 2004 with limited spaces available :
We have a limited number of places available in our High performance programmes for good goalkeepers and we are very proud of our goalkeeping curriculum that has been developed at Coerver especially in our programmes in Japan. Goalkeepers will have their own goalkeeping coach to work with and will also work within the high performance sessions and play a key part in the sessions.
