This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal data and what rights and options you have in this respect.

Who we are.

We are FS21 Sport Ltd t/a Coerver Caoching Scotland. We are the data controller for your information. The Subscription Website www.coerverplayersclub.com is owned by Sportsmethod Ltd (a company incorporated in England number 02322404) and is accessed by us under Licence from Sportsmethod Ltd.

We collect personal information as referred to in this Privacy Policy which includes;

  • Registration information you provide when you subscribe to the Subscription Website such as your first name and surname, address, country of residence, email address, public username, and password;
  • Payment data, such as data necessary for processing payments and fraud prevention, including credit/debit card numbers, security code numbers and other related billing information;
  • Activity information about your use, and the use by any person(s) you authorize through your account, such as the content you view, how often you use our services, and your preferences;

We keep personal data in these locations; in a secure administration section of website, on our excel spreadsheets with password protection, in a password protected Dropbox

  • Correcting, updating, and deleting your registration account – only when requested and authorised by the person who registered the information
  • Choosing or changing your choices for subscriptions – go to “My Account” Only the account holder can change the subscription and cancellation can be done if the account holder has not made subscription payments then to cancel or change;
  • Choosing whether to receive from us offers and promotions for our products and services, or products and services that we think may be of interest to you, go to www.coerver.scot then change your “Marketing Consent”. You can also unsubscribe at the bottom of email communications.
  • Choosing whether to receive from Sportsmethod Ltd offers and promotions for their products and services, or products and services that Sportsmethod Ltd think may be of interest to you, go to “My Profile” on www.coerverplayersclub.com then change your “Marketing Consent”. You can also unsubscribe at the bottom of email communications.

If any of the personal data that you have provided to us changes, for example if you change your email address or if you wish to cancel any request you have made of us, or if you become aware we have any inaccurate personal data about you, please update your information by sending an email to scotland@coerver.co.uk

We will not be responsible for any losses arising from any inaccurate, unauthentic, deficient, or incomplete personal data that you provide to us.

How long do we retain your personal data?

Your personal data will be deleted when it is no longer reasonably required for the Permitted Purposes or you withdraw your consent (where applicable) and we are not legally required or otherwise permitted to continue storing such data. We will retain your personal data where required for us or Sportsmethod Ltd to assert or defend against legal claims until the end of the relevant retention period or until the claims in question have been settled.

A parent or legal guardian is required to register for the Subscription Website for children under 18 years old.

We reserve the right to update and change this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect any changes to the way in which we process your personal data or changing legal requirements. In case of any such changes, we will post the changed Privacy Policy on the Subscription Website or publish it otherwise. The changes will take effect as soon as they are posted on the Subscription Website.
