Ayr Boswell
Ayr Boswell Boys Club is one of the oldest and largest boys football clubs in the West of Scotland. It was formed in 1963 by two workers of the Ayr Bakery, which was then located in Boswell Park, Ayr (hence the name). The aim of the club at that time was to provide a much needed sports facility for the local youths. These aims are still there today and, over the years, players from our ranks have gone on to senior clubs and professional management in football. Today, much as we've done for over 40 years, Ayr Boswell promotes and educates our young people in sport and respect. We have groups ranging from under 8 up to 19 years and we are totally dedicated to helping the young people under our tuition in both their sporting and personal development. Our many teams, covering well over 120+ young people from all across South West Scotland, wear the famous Ayr Boswell shirt with pride every week. Our teams participate in 7-a-side development football and 11-a-side league and cup football, as well as local, national and international youth football tournaments.
