Effective game use of all Core Game Skills, 1v1 mastery, ball control in tight spaces, and first touch under pressure.
SPEED
Become faster with and without the ball. Linear acceleration, multi-directional agility, and rapid reaction time.

Improve quality and speed of decision-making. Scanning, spacial awareness, passing rhythm, and game vision.
SPIRIT
Developing fighting spirit, resilience, confidence, positive work ethic, and leadership on and off the pitch.
STRENGTH
Functional football strength, balance, core stability, and stamina to win 1v1 duels and maintain high performance.
