the essential foundations young players need before they step into organized,
competitive team play.
FIRST SKILLS Curriculum
(The Foundation Pyramid) is split into 4 parts
Skills, Speed, Shooting and Small Sided Games.
FIRST SKILLS (age 4-6)
- Weekly 60 minute sessions
- Split into 4 blocks per year
- Certificate of Attendance
