Coerver® Partner Club provides grassroots clubs with professional level support in the development of coaches and players. The club receives support in 4 key areas of Coach Education, Session Planning, Team Training & Resources. Like Coerver® Coaching, Tass Thistle was founded in 1984, beginning with 1 team, now the club has players aged 5-16, with both boys and girls teams playing in local leagues. This new partnership will see 120 children from Ardrossan, Saltcoats and Stevenston from age five upwards receiving Coerver® training. Coaches at Tass Thistle will also have ongoing education in delivering the Coerver® method during team training sessions. John Slavin, Tass secretary, said: “Tass have a few coaches using Coerver® methods and we could see how effective they were in developing our young players. We really wanted the whole club to benefit and this is an ideal way to do it’. “It’s also a great accolade to become an official Coerver® Partner Club. Over the last four months109 players from 21 different grassroots clubs have taken part in Coerver® PLAY LIKE THE STARS at the Hibernian FC Training Centre. PLAY LIKE THE STARS uses the World’s best players and teams as models to teach, inspire and motivate young players. Players took part in six three-hour clinics, each with a different themed star model session. A spokesman for Hibernian Community Foundation said ‘We were delighted to welcome so many young players to the programme from local clubs. Through this partnership with Coerver® Coaching we aim to support players and coach development at grassroots level, inspiring young players and people to be the best they can whilst having fun’ The course also included a behind the scenes tour of the training ground, whilst the players utilised the fantastic professional development facilities at the training centre including media/video room, indoor dome, outdoor 3G and outdoor grass pitches. Coerver® Coaching are pleased to welcome Inverkeithing Hillfield Swifts as a Coerver® Partner Club. The Swifts are a SFA quality marked community football club and a registered Scottish Charity. The club has had significant growth since it started in 1996. Since then, the club has grown from strength to strength and are currently developing boys and girls of all ages in non-competitive and competitive teams at every age group from mini kickers to amateur level. There are currently 450 registered boys and girls playing football at the club. Youth Diploma 2 Course Instructor - Alfred Galustian

Alfred Galustian started his soccer career as a young player for Wimbledon. He is the Co-Founder and International Director of Coerver® Coaching, and has been largely responsible for building the program Globally.

To date Alfred has worked as a Coach Instructor with 17 national federations including the French, English, Japanese and Australian.

Alfred has also worked with over 50 top professional clubs including Bayern Munich FC, Manchester City FC, Real Madrid CF, Olympique Marseille, Arsenal FC and AC Milan.

During the 2010/11 Season Alfred was the Specialist Skills Coaching Advisor to the Premier League.
Alf was appointed Specialist Skills Advisor to the Premier LeagueTM during the 2010/11 season, assigned to help develop the next generation of Elite football coaches in this country, further endorsing his reputation for expertise in technical skills teaching.
