Through our Global Youth Partnership, we are delighted to bring one of the WORLDS LEADING ACADEMIES SL BENFICA to Coerver® Coaching Scotland Partner Clubs.
METHODOLOGY 
The training schedules will consist of 2 hours of practice per day, following the SL BENFICA Academy curriculum and delivered by experienced SL BENFICA Academy coaches. This is a program for Club players born between 2011 and 2004 that want to develop and improve their sporting performance. The participants will be divided into groups according to their age/level, and a specific technical and tactical training program will be implemented in each of the groups.
The methodology applied will be the same as SL Benfica uses in the training of its athletes and which guarantees the sustainability of its professional squads. Besides the specific training sessions that SL BENFICA will provide, you will be able to develop your technical, tactical, physical and psychological skills.
